Flucoxacillin- Penicillin

Indication: Infections due to staphylococci resistant to benzylpenicillin, endocarditis, osteomyelitis.

[wp_ad_camp_4]Contraindication: Hypersensitivity to penicillins.  Porphyria.

Adverse effect: Hypersensitivity reactions including urticaria; fever; joint pains; rashes; angioedema; serum sickness-like reactions; hemolytic anemia; interstitial nephritis; Neutrogena; thrombocytopenia; CNS toxicity including convulsions; diarrhoea; antibiotic-associated colitis; hepatitis, cholestatic jaundice; agranulocytosis; phlebitis (IV infusion).
Potentially Fatal: Anaphylaxis. Stevens-Johnson syndrome
