Azithromycin (Macrolide Antimicrobial) – Antibiotic

Indication: Treatment and Prophylaxis of susceptible infections including MAC infection, Prophylaxis of endocarditis in high-risk penicillin-allergic patients, Uncomplicated genital infection. Contraindication: Hypersensitivity to the drug or other macrolides. Adverse effect: Mild to moderate nausea, Vomiting, Abdominal pain, Dyspepsia, Flatulence, Diarrhea, Cholestatic jaundice, Dizziness, Headache, Inflammation in injected site. Ketotifen – Antihistamine

Ketotifen is a potent antihistamine, which exhibits strong H1 receptor-blocking activity. Also, it stabilizes mast cells and basophils and inhibits PAF (platelet activating factor) and is effective in preventing asthmatic attacks.
