At P-MEC India 2019, Telstar promotes the latest developments in sterilization technology for pharmaceutical production

At P-MEC India (Delhi November 26-28, 2019). Telstar will be promoting the latest solutions in isolation technology systems, sterilization and pharmaceutical freeze-drying applications, designed to ensure an aseptic and efficient production of pharmaceutical processes. The Telstar portfolio also includes integrated turnkey engineering & construction services for process facilities, manufacturing plants, critical installations and laboratories, as well as GMP Consultancy for regulatory compliance and IT solutions for regulated processes & logistics management.

Specialized in the development of integrated solutions for pharmaceutical production process, the company will showcase a new multi-purpose modular autoclave range designed to minimize footprint while maximizing maintenance accessTelstar Sterimega Plus is a new compact steam sterilizing autoclave with GMP design, including hinged front-facing access panels which open completely to provide full access to the technical area of the equipment.

New automated product handling systems for automatic loading and unloading processes integrated in high-capacity pharmaceutical sterilization systems will also be promoted at PMEc. Designed primarily for terminal sterilization processes in autoclaves with a capacity of over 50 m3, the new robotized solution is incorporated in the counter-pressure autoclave Telstar SteriDelta series. The system is engineered to cover whole operational phases, connecting the sterilization process from the filling line to the inspection line.

The equipment includes a Telstar Scada supervisory, control and data acquisition system which provides full production line traceability. The overall automation and process control, offering up to a 40% increase in performance and productivity, helps significantly reduce operational costs increasing savings in multiple connected machines. Designed to be highly versatile, the robotized system can be also gradually implemented based on particular needs in both greenfield or existing units.
